This luxurious after dinner cocktail is blissfully decadent. The rich, sumptuous flavour of chocolate deliciously enhances the natural spice of Oloroso Sherry, one of the trinity of casks that infuse Malones Triple Cask Irish Whiskey. Enjoy this cocktail as an exquisite finish to a meal, leaving uniquely sweet tones, with a hint of spice.

INGREDIENTS
  • 37.5ml Malones Triple Cask Irish Whiskey
  • 20ml Creme de Cacoa
  • 15ml Gomme
  • 3 dashes chocolate bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to glass and give them a good stir with a bar spoon.
