Our take on the classic Irish Coffee is a coffee lovers heaven. Demerara sugar and cream contribute mellow sweet tones to this definitively bitter drink. Malones Triple Cask Irish Whiskey gives a soft, creamy mouthfeel to this comforting drink, perfectly complimenting its rich flavours.

INGREDIENTS
  • 37.5ml Malones Triple Cask Irish Whiskey
  • 50ml black coffee
  • 1 teaspoon demerara sugar
  • 30ml cream
Method
Layer the coffee, whiskey and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Then pour lightly whipped cream over the back of a teaspoon to finish the drink.
