The sweetness of Kentucky bourbon – one of the trinity of casks that infuse Malones Triple Cask Irish Whiskey – beautifully compliments the syrupy pineapple and passionfruit flavours. The biscuity flavour from the Red Ale casks – another of the trinity – shines vividly through in this fun fruity cocktail.
